YROS NHA Trainer Advantage FAQs

These are common questions we hear regarding YROS NHA Training Advantage.

How do I schedule my NHA® Training for YROS services?

1. Click Book Your Training at the top of the page.
2. Fill out the form (click submit)
3. We will confirm your training date and send an invoice via e-mail.
4. Schedule a consultation call for the training. Your certificate MUST be provided during the consultation.
5. Invoice MUST BE paid before the training session.

How do I know if I am still within certification to train?

If you are unsure if you are still within your active certification time frame and no longer have your certificate of completion, you must contact info@nurturedheartinstitute.com

YROS or NHI?

YROS:  NHA® trainer support services which include:

• Technical support (Zoom/hybrid NHA trainings for 1, 3, 6 hour and 6-week VTM’s, CPT) (Hosting Zoom, chat moderation, breakout rooms, registration)
• Promotional and marketing materials for training (flyers, graphics, Social Media)
• Administrative Assistance (Registrations, Creation of Email sequences and Forms)
• The How To’s of Training (Digital and VTM Literacy)

NHI: Official entity organization and creator of the Nurtured Heart Approach® (Howard Glasser) provides:

• Certification Training for the Nurtured Heart Approach® (CTI’s, CPT)
• NHA® Resources (Videos, Research Studies, Books and Merchandise)
• NHI Learning Platform (NHA® Trainer Resource Portal and NHA® Courses)
• Other offerings (Notching In, NHI Exchange)
